Ordering:

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to receive and prepare your order, however if you require a last minute order please get in touch with us via Instagram or Facebook and we will see if we have any availability to accommodate you.


What happens once I submit my order?
We will send you an invoice with details to make payment via bank transfer. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your payment. You will then receive a confirmation email.

 

I didn't receive my confirmation?

If you still haven't received a response 24-48 hours after you have enquired, please make sure to check your junk/spam folder! If there is still nothing, please shoot us an email or an Instagram/Facebook message in case your enquiry went for a wander. We would hate to dissapoint!
 

Cancellations:

What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans change! Orders are fully refundable if more than 48 hours notice is received.
If less than 48 hours notice is received, a 50% refund will be given. If 24 hours or less notice is received, no refund will be made. 

 

Pickup and delivery:

How do I receive my platter?
You can pick-up your order directly from PPC Headquarters (our physical address will be confirmed with you directly).
We also offer a delivery option for a flat fee of $15.00 within a 15km radius of our North Brisbane address. We are currently delivering to: Zillmere, Brisbane CBD, Northlakes, Banyo, Chermside and many more! Please let us know if you require delivery when you order.

 

What happens if I live further than 15km away?

If you’re outside of the 15km delivery radius, shoot us an email at hello@pickledplattersco.com to order and discuss your delivery options. In most cases we are still able to deliver, however this will incur an additional fee.

Dietary Requirements:

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! It is important that you let us know when you order if there are any food allergies and/or dietary requirements. We can cater for Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Nut Free and Gluten Free - we are not coeliac friendly.

Please note some products may contain traces of allergens as they are produced/manufactured in shared facilities and with shared equipment.

I need Gluten Free - What next?

We do our best to be accomodating, however, if gluten free is requested - we will need to make the entire grazing box gluten free.

Unfortunately, to keep our quality consistent, we do not offer gluten free wraps. We do offer gluten free sandwiches and have some wiggled room with numbers (ie, if you only need a few), just shoot us an email or a DM!
